Help us build a better way to learn

We’re building a better way to learn

Create the curriculum you’ve always wanted

Do you love creating engaging, inspiring curriculum? And is your mind full of ideas for how to teach content and topics in a better way, but you’ve never had the time or the headspace to put them into action?

Cura works with educators across the world to build a better way to learn. Our units are created and tested by educators like you who want to share their passion for learning. And, like you, our content team believes that the most impactful way to learn is through hands-on, real-world units that bring content to life.

Re-imagining how to teach the curriculum isn’t easy. It’s hard to re-think how to teach something that’s been taught the same way for decades. But that’s what gets us most excited. So if that sounds like a challenge you’d thrive on, we’d love to work with you.

Inspire a generation of students worldwide

Schools that use Cura create more engaged and curious students. They create self-sufficient, lifelong learners. And they produce students with the skills and the desire to make a difference.

So when you work with us to create new curriculum units, you’re having an outsized impact on the world. You’re stoking the curiosity and imagination of tens of thousands of students globally. And you’re making learning something that students want to do.

Not just that - you’re directly changing the way teaching and learning occurs across five continents. You’re giving educators the tools to re-imagine their classrooms - and schools the ability to become more innovative.

That’s a pretty meaningful way to spend your time.

Work with flexibility and autonomy

If you love teaching and can’t ever imagine yourself not being in a classroom, don’t worry. This role is still for you.

Our content team are mostly all current teachers (though we have a few who are taking well-earned sabbaticals). They create Cura’s curriculum on their own schedule. There’s no fixed amount of weekly work required. You’ve got complete flexibility to work as much or as little as you want.

You’ve also got autonomy in the units that you create. Passionate about a particular aspect of the curriculum? Been telling anyone who’ll listen that the best way to teach a certain topic is to link it to a specific real-world problem? We won’t clip your wings. We’re here to enable you to create the curriculum you’ve dreamed about.

Open positions

Each position is a casual, remote role.
